With the development of heat measurement, to improve the accuracy of heat-flow meter and its calibration have been a demanding issue. The target of this research is to design and the implementation of the calibration device of heat-flow meter.The fuzzy PID controller and BP PID controller is designed respectively based on fuzzy control theory and BP neural network theory, utilizing the Simulink of MATLAB to make a contrast between the different control methods.A Calibration device of heat-flow meter based on comparison metrology is designed, including the system structure, signal conditioning circuit and the hardware of temperature control. The monitoring and control software, which includes three modules: data acquisition, results display and storage, and temperature control, have been developed with LabVIEW platform.The experiment setup is built, and the experiments of hot plate's temperature control is performed based on PID, fuzzy PID and BP neural network PID strategy respectively in order to meet different application requirements.
