Abstract/Summary:
The penetration weapon fuze system is of the great part in the penetration weapon. Generally, accelerometer and microprocessor are adopted to meet the goal. With the developing of micro electromechanical system (MEMS) and embedded system technology, the penetration weapon fuze system is developing to be smaller, lighter, smarter and multifunctional.As the basic of the research of the rapid command replacement system of the penetrator weapon fuze system, the signal characteristic of high-g micro array accelerometer is analyzed in this paper. In order to enlarge the range and shorten the reaction time of the penetration weapon in the war, the rapid command replacement technology is introduced into the fuze system research. Signal acquisition and processing circuit based on the high-g micro array accelerometer are designed in this paper, the embedded software technology and fuze algorithms are used to process the signal of this high-g micro array accelerometer. The main work of the dissertation is presented as follows:1. Signal characteristic of high-g micro array accelerometer under the high impact load is analyzed, which supplies the necessary parameters related to the fuze system design. A solution of the rapid command replacement system based on embedded technology, which is the most part of multifunctional penetration weapon fuze system, is presented.2. Some fuze algorithms domestic and abroad are introduced and analyzed. Then a practical and simple fuze algorithm, which combines "the penetration algorithm" with "the fixed delay time algorithm", is used in the rapid command replacement system. And the signal of the high-g accelerometer is processed by this fuze algorithm.3. The signal acquisition circuit and processing circuit are designed based on the solution of rapid command replacement system in fuze system. The schematic is finished and print circuit board (PCB) to the requirement is manufactured.4. The routine of embedded system software and embedded real-time operating system (RTOS) uC/OS-â…¡are introduced. The transplant of uC/OS-â…¡to the S3C44BOX is researched. And the transplantment is fulfilled through modification the codes segments that are microprocessor-related.5. The emWin GUI system is introduced, then application programming based on emWin is carried out and the human machine interface of emWin system is developed.6. Based on the igniting signal control mechanism in fuze system and the real-time embedded multitask programming principles the system task is divided into several task modules. The codes are developed based on the RTOS uC/OS-â…¡.The rapid command replacement system based on the embedded system technology features small volume, low power consumption, multifunction and intelligence. Thus it has great value in military application.
