Abstract/Summary:
MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a kind of management information systems faced on workshop, plays an important role of connecting link between the preceding and the following in manufacturing management, and provides real-time information about product planning, tracing and all resources for workshop managers. It has been become a new trend in manufacturing industry informatization.With taking advantage of component-based techniques, RMES (Reconfigurable Manufacturing Execution System) for the diversified varieties and little batch production-manufacturing workshop is studied, and some new model for related question is proposed in this paper. The main issues include:Discuss the system architecture, functional architecture and main content of the manufacturing execution system for assemble industry;Study and propose the components architecture of reconfigurable manufacturing execution system. The designed component is realized by using VCL Component techniques;A standard component description means based on XML-Schema is proposed, which describe MES components in three aspects: nature information, inherit information and interface information;A kind of component matching model based on the unordered label tree-inclusion matching and Struct Graph (S-Graph) searching model is proposed.
