Port Research And Development Of Mechanical And Electrical Control Of Laboratory Equipment

Port crane is the main load and unload equipment in port. Up to now, the container-loading ship has become the main loading ship of maritime logistics since starting of container shipment 50s last century. At the same time, the types and the quantity of the equipment for loading and unloading of the containers in port become numerous after 40 years' development, as well as the speed and efficiency. What is more, the most important part of the port equipment — machine-electrics controlling system, has developed into the PLC-controlling from the delay-controlling originally. Also, the way which the system was controlled has evolved into all kinds of frequency converters.This paper describe part of work, includes the hardware and software design of the container crane testing equipment and the realize of some of it's function, the container crane testing equipment system, redesigned for our actual requirement, consists of PLC, personal computer, scene watch screen, driver chamber monitor and relative input/output equipment. Main computer is the control center of the whole testing system. The main function of the system include self-check, parameters set, training condition set, selection the type of container and relative equipments, system control and monitor of the operation process, recording and replaying of the operation process, automate evaluating . Teacher worktable system was designed with modularized method, the main part of PLC software was written with ladder diagram, and that of host VB and VC.In addition, we developed another set of emulating equipment on the strength of the container crane testing equipment; the operating worktable, consisting of operating panel, pci-1753E card and personal computer and so on, is the main part of the new system. The new system is similar to the container crane testing equipment referred above in function.
