With the development of modern electronic, hydraulic, construction and computer technology, the requirement for automotion and precision in the Hydraulic Control System of Piling Barge becomes higher.Embedded system is a new trend of technical progress. It has been applied in communication, electronics and industrial automation for the character of small size, high performance, low power consumption and oriented object. With the improvement of microprocessors, communication and software, embedded system becomes more and more important.Through the collection of a large amount of materials, the research of reading and relevant technology, the author discussed how to apply the embedded system in designing the Hydraulic Control System of Piling Barge. The PHILIPS LPC2292 processor with ARM 7TDMI kernel and the uC/OS-II RTOS are selected in the thesis. In piling barge, the problem about hammer-sinking arosed piling-sinking is a key problem of piling barge all the world. The performance of the piling barge may affect the schedule of engineering. In the thesis, the author analyse the problem and put forward a method in the software to solve this problem.Firstly the thesis introduces the background knowledge embedded system. Chapter 2 is the architectures of ARM and μC/OS-II Then is the hardware design, such as RS232, USB, CAN and PWM control module. And debug the software of these modules. Finally, the thesis establishes the mathematics method to solvethe problem about hammer-sinking and analyse it with the software of SIMULINK.Though we use the piling barge as the ARM system application platform, in other fields of hydraulic products is also helpful and instructive.
