| With the rapid development of electrical technology, information technology and computer technology, the application of computer simulation has been widely utilized in a variety of fields, such as electric power, nuclear energy, navigation and space flight. Marine simulator is a typical example of computer simulation in the field of navigation, and has become an important way to aid ship design. The project researches on electrical propulsion, simulates and models the running trait of electromotor and propeller of the ship on of hardware-in-the-loop.This dissertation introduced briefly the development of electrical propulsion at home and abroad at first, and made a thorough investigation and study of electric propulsion system structure and operation mode. The electric propulsion is divided into two subsystem modules according to its functions, propulsion motor module and propeller module. The dissertation completed modeling system's modules such as propulsion motor, propeller, propulsion acceleration and the ship acceleration model. The system simulation models have been established based on the subsystem mathematical models in addition, a relationship diagram of ship-motor-propeller has also been worked out. Finally, a whole simulation model of the hardware-in-the-loop electric propulsion simulation system has been founded. The dissertation presented mathematic solutions of models with Spline interpolation and fourth order Runge - Kutta and developed simulation and control software of the PC-Based hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.Simultaneously, the simulation system can show isochronously the data such as speed of the ship, rotational speed of electromotor, propeller speed etc., which is advantageous for the real-time analysis on the operation situation of electric propulsion system. |
