Compared to traditional ship propulsion systems, marine electrical propulsion system has obvious advantages in many aspects of the ship manufacturing industry at home and abroad have as a research focus. Set up a small proportion of the real ship electric propulsion system, no doubt it could be better exploring in this aera.This resaerch is based on712Institute of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry submarine rescue ship elcetrical propulsion system experimental platform, builded a ship machine paddle matching model, and analyzed which computational model and external hardware real-time data communication interface design, specific studies including:(1) Building the entire lifeboat electric propulsion system hardware in the loop simulation platform, including the establishment of means of communication for various hardware devices in the platform to form the hardware platform selection, inverter control strategy of induction motor.(2) Designing and realizition the system hardware in the loop simulation interface design program, to establish communication between the model and real-time controller, monitoring interface to the communication between the model, the communication between real-time controller and PLC.(3) Building a mathematical model of the ship-machine-propeller,building the model through Simulink.(4) The submarine rescue ship electric propulsion system hardware in the loop simulation experiments, to establish the isomorphism between the submarine rescue ship electric propulsion system and simulation mother vessels, so they always maintain the dynamic is similar. Ship machine paddle model transformation to generate a DLL file is downloaded to the real-time controller, you can achieve the system's hardware-in-the-loop dynamic load simulation. Propulsion motor speed signal acquisition in real time input to the model of real-time controller, the propeller torque output load to the load motor and load motor and the propulsion of motor between the coaxial connector, so that you can load the motor to simulation of ship propeller characteristics in different operating conditions, the dynamic simulation of the ship machine paddle, exploring electrical propulsion ship machine paddle laws governing the operation and matching mechanism, in order to seek the better the match the propeller of the ship machines and control strategies.
