Rotor's motion balance plays a very important role in modern industry production. With the constant increase vehicle speed, and ensure road safety, to test balance for the wheel is of great significance.Chapter II of this article briefly introduces the conception of motion balance, and analyze the basic principles of rigid rotor motion detection; State the working principle of wheel motion balancer.Chapter III take motion balancer CB-80 as investigation subject, mainly analyzes on the composition and working principle of Signal detection circuit. In order to improve the detection precision, synchronous sampling multiplexed signal circuit is designed.Chapter IV analyze the frequency character of imbalance vibration Signal in detail; and obtain the low Signal-noise ratio pressure spectrum graphics under different condition; set up mathematic model of wheel motion balancer; calculate on unbalance quality by applying FFT(Fastest Fourier Transform) and mutual relation analysis method, to conclude the solution.Chapter V adopt VB language to design the people-machine commutative operation interface, realize the effect of rich-information, visualization and convenient-operation.
