CFB Boiler Combustion Control System Preliminary

First, the article introduces the meaning of the topic and the research background, the characteristic and the merit of the circulating fluidization boiler and the domestic and foreign development situation of the fluid bed burning technology, and elaborats the circulation fluid bed boiler's work principle and what my topic is going to do.Then the article concentrates massive lengths to go on a detailed introduction and analysis to the circulation fluid bed boiler basic principle and the characteristic, the boiler's working condition. Then, we analyse the characteristic of the CFB boiler combustion control system, and discover the difference between it and the ordinary boiler combustion control system. Subsequently we put forword the overall scheme to the CFB boiler.Further more,in the third chapter, we emphatically discuss the fuzzy control system research based on the T-S model about the CFB boiler combustion system and introduce characteristic of the T-S fuzzy model. We also carry on the detail analysis to the control principle of the fuzzy PID and design a fuzzy controller based on the T-S model. At last, we carry on the simulation experiment for the coal-host barometric pressurecontrol system and oal-bed warm control system by using the MATLAB, separately. The simulation results indicate that the control effect is satisfying.In the fourth chapter, we design the fuzzy PID adaptive control system for the CFB boiler combustion system. The simulation results indicate that the control method has the good adaption and the anti-jamming even if big change or receives big disturbance occurs. It proves the system's control quality is high.At last we carry on the summary to this topic.
