Since the Chinese heat system reform is extended in china, household-based heating system is increasing in domestic civilian buildings.But the technological level of the household-based heating system is still quite low.At present, the analyses of thermal analysis and hydraulic analysis about the most common appliance new double-tube heating system is especially low.In 2002, Jinan Water-supply Group Company invested to build a commercial-residential building at Culture West Road ,in which the heating system adopt a new household-based double-tube heating system.This paper analyzes the thermal analysis and hydraulic analysis about the most common appliance new double-tube heating system and the paper is based on this project.Methods mainly adopted in this text include : theory analysis ,mathematical model and program analysis and engineering researches. Among them , theory analysis starts from traditional heating system and classical thermal, hydraulic calculation formula. According to the particularity of the new double-pipe heating system,this paper deduces a theoretical directed formula to apply to the new double-pipe heating system. Then this paper constructs mathematical models based on the formula, and program the language applied to the model using Visual Basic Language to judge whether the theoretical conclusions are right or wrong. Finally , according to the actual operation data of the commercial-residential building at Culture West Road, the paper summarizes the relevant criteria and notices of the new double-pipe heating system'sthermal and hydraulic conditions ,combined with the theoretical formulas.The commercial-residential building adopts the typical new double-pipe heating system. The paper mainly researches the change of thermal and hydraulic conditions and the change of the degree of hydraulic imbalance baced on the change of the indoor temperature.The computation of the design includes the computation of the heat charge of every door and the heat charge of the whole building.The studies indicate:the quantity of heat of the radiator should be 50% more than that in the standard computation in the design of the radiator,which don't have to be taken into account in the computation of the whole building's heat charge. Indoor design temperature is 2-3 °C higher than that in the traditional heating design .,and the heat charge of every door should be improved at 7 %~ 11 % at thesame time.When the fluctuation of the indoor temperature is not more than 2 °C ,the fluctuation of the degree of hydraulic imbalance is little . In order to raise the indoor temperature by increasing the water flux unilaterally is not realistic. When the actual flux is not less than 50% of the design flux, the indoor temperature will be maintained at no less than 14℃ . If only installing regulating valve at the entrance and strengthening the user management of hydraulic regulation, the imbalance ratio of the new double-pipe heating system can be mitigated through the regulation during the designing process.This paper provides relevant principles and guidance on the aspect of designing and management according to the thermal analysis and hydraulic analysis of the new double-pipe heating system of household-based heating system ,which fills the blank in the internal field at present .So this paper has some innovation in one in this sense.
