The simulation of nuclear reaction by ICF (Inertial Confinement Fusion) experiment in laboratory, as a important question for discussion to resolve the issue of energy problem of Human being, has become one of the important scientific research topic for discussion. The Yield of neutron of fusion is the most direct and sensitive designation to judge whether the condition of fusion reaction has got satisfied. so, the system of Yield of neutron is very important measurement equipment. A lot of measurement systems for yield of neutron based on BF3, Cu activation and scintillating phosphor have been establish ,but the capability of data acquirement and processing online of these system is poor(for example, the methods of BF3 and scintillating phosphor is semiautomatic) and concentrated control is faulty ,and so the equipment which has been input into use can not meet the concentrated control requirement of the "SG-Ⅲ" . A set of acquisition system used for measurement of Yield of neutron fit for concentrated control based on PXI bus has got introduced in the thesis.After accomplishing the requirement analysis of concentrated control , the design of system's hardware has got well done. The design of hardware system is based on PXI bus, mainly including the establishment of hardware configuration of the whole system and the design of the function module of precisely timing, large-scale counting, high-speed triggering , convenient interface and so on.After the analysis of the characteristic of Cu activation and the old system's advantage and disadvantage, the design of application program by OOP(Object Oriented Program) method has got introduced, which include the design of software interface , parameter initiation , data acquisition , data management and image displaying and so on.Introduce the relations between intensity of radioactivity and intensity of neutron resource by measuring the activation specimen which has been activated in the neutron field, and deduce the calculation formula of scale , Yield of neutron and the uncertainty.By the signal generator 's simulation measurement experiment and the scale experiment with Cu and Pb specimen, The system's performance has got tested and compared with correlative measurement system. Experiments prove that the system's trigger is steady and reliable and timing is precise and data processing is convenient and the result is reliable and the system can be input into application.The thesis has the following characteristics:① Data acquisition module based on PXI bus provide system with network...
