Ningbo Port Group Management Information System Development

In this paper, Author tried to make a study to develop Business Management Information System of Ningbo Port Group based on relative technical and theory of Business Process Reengineering (BPR)and MIS.Author put forward developing framework for BPR&MIS by studying their mutual relation and made a suggesting plan for process reengineering by analyzing business process of Ningbo Port Group with BPR theory and method.Through studying demand for business system based on BPR Author put forward a functional logic model. Basis on system analysis and system whole function model design .Author put forward system structure and a solving scheme for key bisiness technique by studying technical circuit.By probing for the disposition of hard and soft ware for the development of future business system and using relevant tools under system development Author put forward utilizing AHP to evaluate ,to compare and choices.
