The parameter of the mass center of mass and rotational inertia of the missile is important to design and manufacture the missile and experiment. The equipments of measuring these parameters are also applied extensively in military and navigate realm.But these equipments are more simple, a equipment only measure a partmeter, bring a lot of inconvenience to measure. Therefore, it is important actual significance and practical application value to research a comprehensive and high accuracy testing equipment of gathering the many parameters.This paper introduces an instrument for measuring the mass properties of missile system that measure the many parameters in the same one instrument . The instrument consists of a base platform supporting device ascending and descending device equator rotational inertia device pole rotational inertia device and accessorial device. The main design mission of the instrument is to consider synthetically the efficiency, weighe, voice, vibration, and the intergrity structure and reliability and manufacturing cost etc. choose the project of optimization design and simple facile structure, adopting the method of high accuracy manufacture and the adjustable assemble method, so adapt to attain the optimal purpose of the design.In the course of the machinery design and development, estibalish the major part three-dimensional model and assemble model by virtue of Solidworks three-dimensiondesign software.the important component-the uplift device and central axis isanalyzed by Finite Element software COSMOS/works. The stress, displacement, stability of the portal frame are made clearly after Finite Element Analysis in the design stage, at the same time, it is conveniently to improve the structure of the frame repeatedly, to reach the target of structure optimization. Reduce the structure size, cost, and designing and manufacturing time with the portal frame safe.
