The geometry and physics static characters of projectile is called projectile's static parameter, which includes the length, diameter, mass, center of mass, moment of inertia, partiality distance, wring moment and so on. The center of mass has a effect on flight speed and stability of projectile while the partiality distance affecting the flight track which is related to the target shoot rate, moment of inertia affecting projectile's initial disturbance, flight stability and other performance. So it is very important to measure these parameters accurately.A projectile's static parameter measurement system is designed with the research and the needs. The work principle of the mechanical part, the choosing of the sensor, the design the measurement circuit and the design of soft wares are introduced in detail in this paper. The data collections, the control circuit of relay and communication between the host and the target are realized by the hardware circuit. The core of the hardware circuit is AT89C51 single chip. The software of the host is programmed by Visual Basic, which realize the transmission of commands, the receival, management and display of data. At last, based on a lot of datum and error analysis, it can gain that the design achieved the requirement, and put forward with some pieces of advice on improvement.
