| Along with the harmonic interference getting more and more serious, harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation is becoming an important topic in electric power research. Influenced by power network characteristic, and filter element parameters excursion and vibration, the detune of traditional LC filter is very serious, the filter performance reduces greatly. Using DSP to control the controllable reactor dynamically would make the LC filter be harmonious, this can effectively resolve the filter detune problem.The double-tuned filter is one kind of new LC filter installments which appeared in the recent years, because of the advantage of area slightly and economic, double-tuned filters are more and more used in actual projects. According to the double-tuned filter detune problem, the author has developed a control system which based on DSP, this control system can regulate the magnetic valve controllable reactor, and make the double-tuned filter run in resonant condition all the time by tracking the double-tuned filter detune degree real-timely.In this paper, the author demonstrates theoretically that the controllable reactor is able to tune the double-tuned filter dynamically, and discusses the element parameters request to the dynamical tuning. Afterwards the author designs controllable reactor's control algorithm which based on DFT, and carries on the software simulation through PSCAD. Then the author carries on the hardware design to the control system which takes TMS320VC5402 as the core, builds the harmonic generation experiment installation, and designs a double-tuned filter installment. Finally, the author carries on the software design to the control system, and the on-line procedure downloading through the XDS510 simulator. The analysis to the experiment result indicates that tuning the double-tuned filter has been realized initially. |
