Abstract/Summary:
With a large number of power electronic equipment(such as frequency converter and rectifier)connected to the power grid,serious harmonic pollution has been caused.In view of the disadvantage of resonance point offset of traditional passive power filter,this thesis studies and designs the filter control system of tuned filter device based on the topic of tutor team,and applies it to a textile factory in Nanyang.The specific work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of filter control system is completed.Firstly,the design requirements of filter control system are proposed,the topology of tuning filter device based on IGBT filter reactor is constructed,and the impedance transformation principle of filter reactor is analyzed and verified by simulation.Secondly,draw the hardware structure block diagram of the filter control system and select the hardware of the filter control system.(2)The overall scheme design of filter control system is completed.Firstly,the design requirements of filter control system are put forward,the topology of tuning filter device based on IGBT filter reactor is constructed,and the impedance transformation principle of filter reactor is analyzed and verified by simulation;Secondly,draw the hardware structure block diagram of the filter control system and select the hardware of the filter control system circuit.(3)The algorithm research of filter control system is completed.Firstly,the equivalent inductance of the filter winding(MPC)is selected as the output impedance of the filter reactor according to the filter algorithm;Secondly,an automatic tuning filtering method is proposed,which aims at minimizing the H-th harmonic current Ish flowing into the secondary side of the transformer;Then,according to the basic theory of MPC algorithm,the discrete prediction mathematical model of filter control system is established.Through simulation verification,it is concluded that the current waveform at the network side after filtering is shaped into sine wave,and the effective values of fundamental wave and 5th harmonic current are reduced;Finally,the implementation steps of filter control algorithm are proposed.(4)The experimental research of filter control system is completed.Firstly,the prototype of filter control system is developed;Secondly,the test platform of load filter control system of analog harmonic source is built and experimental research is carried out;Finally,the tuned filter device is applied to a textile factory in Nanyang,and the field load test is completed.The results show that after the tuned filter device is put into operation,the effective value of current is reduced by 7.8%,the fifth harmonic current is reduced by 57.3%,and the power factor is increased by 0.027.In conclusion,the simulation and experimental results show that the research on MPC algorithm of filter control system and the development of tuning filter device are feasible.The designed tuning and filtering control system can realize automatic tuning and filtering when the harmonic current of power grid harmonic source changes in real time.The research results of this thesis have certain theoretical significance and great engineering value.
