In the numerical manufacturing environment, the control of the process quality is an important part to improve the product quality. This paper aimed at improving the rationality and the possibility of the process plan design through analyzing the process quality. The theory of process quality under the numerical manufacturing was studied deeply in this paper, and the analysis system of process quality has been developed.Firstly, this paper designed the analysis process of process quality including four steps, the analysis of process quality's influence factors, the design of process plan, the analysis of modeling and the analysis of SPC, then established the structural and function of the process quality analysis system.Then, the factors that influence the process quality have been analyzed according to the characteristics of numerical environment and aluminum alloy part. Simulation analysis process based on the process model was researched taking the above factors as the key analysis object. Carried on the finite element static analysis using the method of separating the actual processing condition, and determined the weak position of the part. The analysis subsystem of SPC aiming at those weak positions was established. A method of generating related data for SPC that using data simulation was proposed. The influence factors corresponding to some common exceptional events were discussed. Two solutions of optimizing the process plan or compensating the digital machining system were researched.Finally, the process quality analytical system was applied to the thin-walled aluminum alloy which was offered by important laboratory of the national defense's natural fund, thus this system has been verified.
