In this design, the simulation transparent elevator is adopted as the model, taking the advantage of the flexible & reliable PLC control, instead of the traditional relay control. The reliability and maintainability are greatly increased. Also, the dynamic monitoring and distant monitoring are realized by combining the powerful MCGS configuration technology and through internet, respectively.At first the total design project and important technologies are described in this dissertation. And then analyze the principle of the mechanical structure of the simulation elevator, next analyze and design the PLC control of the elevator, the hardware and software design are introduced in detail, can realize the elevator's simulation control. It includes automatic door open/close control, calling control, automatic landing control and frequency control, etc. At last, configuration technology design and network control are analyzed and introduced in detail, the dynamic monitoring and distant monitoring of the elevator's operation status is realized by combining the configuration technology and network technology.At present, majority of the small and medium elevator control systems are controlled by PLC, so the design of a PLC controlled simulation elevator experimental control system is with very important theoretical meaning and applying value for the students of electric-mechanical and building intellectualization majors and elevator technicians maintainers.
