| At first, based on the current situation of development and application of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, this paper summarizes the necessity of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, and analyses the recycling principle of asphalt concrete. On this basis, it studies the technological principle, characteristics, construction process and applicability of the hot in-place recycling technology. Secondly, it compares the hot in-place recycling technology with the cold in-place recycling technology and the hot mix plant recycling technology. And then, it analyses the frames and types of the heating system and the recycling system of the hot in-place recycling mechanical equipment, and introduces the types of the oversea hot in-place recycling mechanical equipment. Besides, it analyses the payback period and the investment results of hot in-place recycling mechanical equipment the payback period, and gives the engineering economic analysis of thorough repair, technological transformation, update of he hot in-place recycling mechanical equipment. At last, combined with execution conditions of hot in-place recycling within a period, this paper sets up the linear programming mathematics model of hot in-place recycling construction, and then the feasibility of the built model is preliminarily verified by applying this model on hot in-place recycling aircrew of WIRTGEN 4500. |
