Based on the present situation of the asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, the machinery configuration model and synthetical evaluating system of the mechanized construction for asphalt concrete surface recycling engineering are studied in this thesis. At first, it chiefly introduced the basic technology of the Hot Mix Plant Recycling Technology and main structure characteristics of the recycling mix equipment and prompted the initial configuration program according to the total requirement, based on the analysis of the operating discipline of the main machinery in the construction system. Then, the optimum configuration program of the construction system is obtained by the way of the mathematical model for the recycling engineering machinery configuration and synthetical evaluation on the optimized configuration scheme's technical-economic-efficiency. At last, the practical value of the optimized configuration model is testified by the case study on the Guang-fo expressway overhaul engineering.
