Axial piston swash plate design pump has the structure urgent, small radial size, moment of inertia, higher rotate speed, big flow, easy variable displacement, and can adjust automatically displacement with multi-way. As stated above, axial piston swash plate design pump is widely used for aircraft, shipping, engineering machinery, lifting transport, metallurgy etc.. Axial piston pump is used for the hydraulic system of plane, operating system and fuel system of aviation engine in the field of aviation. It is the uppermost hydraulic pump used in the aircraft.With the fast development of national defence and country economy, the number of hydraulic piston pump used keeps increasing. Its bound for use is also extended at present. The requirement of performance and quality for hydraulic pump is getting better and better. For aircraft, lightening weight is a problem which has being researched at all times. The best way of lightening weight is to increase speed and pressure for hydraulic pump. The high pressure and high speed of the aviation hydraulic pump has become the development direction of airplane hydraulic system. Developing the hydraulic pump of high pressure and high speed for satisfying the demand of airplane is a pressing task now.Our company is a big time enterprise engaged in developing and designing hydraulic pump / motor at home. It has a powerful capability in developing high pressure and speed hydraulic pump. This article takes new type high pressure and speed hydraulic pump to be developed as a question for discussion and will explore and research it in design, calculation and analysis.
