Mortar is one of the importantcomponents of pressing weapon system on earth.It's widely used in infantry with its special trajectoty character and high firing rate,good mobility,simple construction,easy manufacture,low cost and great shell,initial velocity must be improved.But the addition of initial velocity may cause the increase of bore.To lengthen the bore life and improve the safety,the ammunition depth of additional and base filling adjust accotdingly.So the biggest bore press is reduced 2MPa in the same initial velocity.The bore temperature is some high(400℃—500℃) under running fire.For special reason the shell cannot fire when shell put from gun muzzle,the bore temperature will burn additional medical kit in short time.And additional filling will near exploded to endanger the lives.To improve the temperature of additional medical kit resisting ignition and extend the ignition time in bore,which have time to handle accident and escape from danger.Proper material as coating of additional medical kit is selected to improve the temperature of resistant ignition.On the meantime,under the assured trajectory target,every experiment has been done,such as temperature resistant,filling remainder in small size and ageing.The newly medical kit can resist ignition as high as 1.7—2.1 times as before.Based on the above research,technical target and bore life will be improved as well as -life safety.
