Test shooting is a very important process in weapon precision test, and weapon's firing precision is the result of interaction between shooter and weapon. In order to exclude the subjective factors of the shooter and check the weapon objectively, a device that can imitate the ideal "standard" shooter had been come up, which is also called simulative gun mount.The passive state simulative gun mount had been developed, but it only aims at the circs less than three shoot. Shooter is in passive mode when the shoot is not more than three, and has little influence to the shooting process, but when the shoot is more than three, shooter will in charge of the shooting process. Shooter's mood will affect the firing precision in weapon's test shooting, to imitate a shooter more closely and improve the firing precision of the weapon, especially in continuous firing, we had to study the human-weapon interaction in active state to develop the active state simulative gun mount.This paper studies on the interaction between weapon's handle and shooter's hand, designed an elastic structure that fit for testing handle-force. Then analyze the structure and figure out the best point to stick strain gauges. Stick the strain gauges, establish, the test bridge for handle-force, and then demarcate it. As the sensor has coupling output in the two dimensions, we designed functions to eliminate the coupling and to compensate the output. At last, we measure the handle-force in continuous shooting with the sensor, use the functions that had designed to correcting the output and then analyze the data, figure out the characters of human-weapon interaction in active state, prepare the necessary theoretic for the development of active state simulative gun mount.
