The Application Research Of ICS Weighing Belt On Tobacoo Product Line

With the standard of living raised,people demand for high quality of cigarette.As to tobacoo factories ,they must improve quality control and receipt control in the progress of product.So it is very important to keep high precision and high stability of weighing belt.This paper researches the application technique of ICS double level and double support rollers weighing belt on tobacoo product line. The following is the main content of this paper:(1) Analyzes the weighing principle of weighing belt. Analyzes the main detectors and brackets in detail.(2) Analyzes the reason of error and reseaches how to decrease error. (3)By application research of ICS double level and double support rollerweighing belt ,presents how to keep high precision and high stability of weighing belt,and designs a measuring instrument to demarcate weighing belt.
