Network Group Collaboration Tools Of Collaborative Work Environment

With the development of information technology and network technology, networked manufacturing is becoming a new paradigm for manufacturing industry. And the collaborative tool is one of the key technologies to support the implementation of collaborative work. It can shorten product development cycle, reduce development cost, and improve product quality and service quality, thus winning market competitiveness.Based on the features, application requirement analysis and the present architecture of the networked manufacturing system, this paper presents architecture of collaborative design system based on the multi-agent, which establishes the strong foundation for the further research.Communication is the foundation of collaboration. This paper presents a communication structure of multi-agent which is based on the language of KQML, and assort the communicative semantic with the purpose of communication of multiple agents in collaborative design system. Then the communication criterion is defined in detail, and the realization of communication mechanism grounded on Winsock is researched, which provide guarantee for the integration of collaborative tools in collaborative design system.Universal and efficient collaborative tools assure that the process of collaborative design can run credibly. This paper designs and implements the collaborative tools for the collaborative design which includes network conference tool, application sharing tool and collaborative markup tool in detail. Moreover, the solutions to key problems are presented.According to the methods and theories researched above, we developed a collaborative design system integrated collaborative tools in prototyping system. At the end of the paper, the realization method and the application of the system are introduced.
