As a kind of fashionable and useful home appliance, the soybean milk machine is familiar with many families. There are almost one hundred producers in China Mainland. The function of soybean milk machine should be ameliorated to satisfy the customer's requirement with it increasing of soybean milk's market. There are some problems still not be solved during producer's competition. For example: Cleaning is so difficult, electric pipe- heater scorches sometime, soybean milk from it tastes not good and appearance of them is not optimized, etc. The expanding of these enterprises was restricted by these problems.This article discusses the amelioration of soybean milk machine material basing on studying it's basal theory, analyzing present fault, concluding of product lifecycle and the theory of industrial design and innovation design. At the same time, the new appearance is designed by introducing consumer psychics and the statistic of soybean milk machine. In addition, the opinion about heating efficiency is given by this article. Some actual problem of the machine is resolved totally. This article introduces the software PRO/E and how to use it to design the appearance and make drawing during ameliorating design resume.The conclusion of research indicates that the pervasive problem of soybean milk machine is solved effectually by applying correlative design theory and PRO/E soft. The research is significant to expand the market and can satisfy the consumers more.
