Motor-driving system is one of the most important parts in Electric Vehicle (EV),which directly influences the performance of EV. There are several disadvantages intraditional measure techniques, such as low efficiency. This paper designs and implements anew integrated motor-driving measure system based on System Integration and VirtualInstrument.CAN, GPIB and Ethernet are used in the network of the integrated motor-drivingmeasure system. Compared with traditional serial communication technology, CAN busdecreases the wire length, and is easy to expand and re-design in hardware. It also enhancescommunication flexibility, improves real-time efficiency and ability of error-correcting. GPIBand Ethernet have much predominance, too. The fundamental governing the choice of theinstruments and interfaces is the actual demand of the experiment and the situation of the lab.This scheme realizes preferable transmitting efficiency and reliability. Research on themeasure method and transmitting principium of each subsystem, hardware integration andsoftware development in LabVIEW are also illustrated in this paper. Error admeasuring andapparatus choice are done according to the computing of the system error limits.The system achieves compositive measurement of the electrical parameters, mechanicalparameters, controller parameters and environment parameters of the integrated motor-drivingmeasure system, with the functions of automatic data record and query. B/S framework isbuilt. The system has perfect reliability and expansion ability, since it uses standard busesbuilding the measurement network and uses the modularization software developing method.
