| Product quality inspection is a necessary process in most companies. For example, raw material inspection in initial stage, semi finished articles inspection in process, finished goods inspection before shipment. In current TFT-LCD module assembly working process, inspection job always relies on manual test, calculation and statistic, which is unefficient. The reason is customers' requirements are varies and individual. A great many products with various speciality requires various inspection demands. However, traditional equipments are not so flexible for users to improve. Though equipment vendor has designed quite more test programs in it, various demands are not fulfilled yet. Furthermore, with information technology developed more and more rapidly, one of inspection targets is to effectively utilize inspection result to find out more potential problems. Traditional equipments can not realize it.Considering the actual production and equipments status, this paper is to design a flexible test equipment to meet production requirements by virtual equipment and GPIB bus. On the foundation of LabVIEW, GPIB, magnetic meter with GPIB interface, this paper describes a test system integrated with CCFL test. Data collection, record and analysis, which were manually individually executed will be combined together. This test system can fleetly and correctly finish the inspection job. It has greatly improved the test performance after application. |
