With the increasing development of road construction in the west of china ,there are more speed ways along river and reservoirs. The stability about sub-water road bed have been raised wide attentions. On the base of generalizing many outcome and present situation about the seeking road stability problem, the paper study mainly the seeking road stability problem when the water plummet, integrating two method, finite element method and theory of limit equilibrium method.In order to understand the affect of water, the paper analysis the stability from such few aspect: Firstly, the paper give a sketchy describe about the influence of hydrostatic pressure and hydrodynamic pressure. When water stage plummet the water in the slope cannot plummet at the same speed, so, a higher water stage give rise to influent to the slope, such a influent can induce local breakdown. Secondly, through inletting the result about influent to the slope stability analysis program, the paper render formula for the analysis the stability under such state. With the falling prolonging, a whole breakdown maybe occurrence when the decrease of pore pressure lead to effective stress increase. Thirdly, on the base of stability analysis to the seeking road , the paper render reinforced geo as the disposal method to the astatic slope. The design of reinforced geo includes the account of reinforced stuff force to decide which stuff is chosen. In addition, with the account of repel-pull stability, the length reinforced stuff can be get. In order to get a more reasonable design, checking computation is needed to the virgin design.
