RBCC is a most potential project of motor to realize the high super-sonic flight, and focuses great attentions for its extensive military and civilian astronautic application foreground. As for the research of the performance of the motor, the directed RBCC is adopted mostly. This paper aims designs the ground test system of direct-connect RBCC, and disposes of the experimental data.This paper contains:The cantilever tube provider is studied. The in-situ calibration is made under different in-flow. The results show: when the tube filled with gas by the cantilever tube provider, the thrust measured by the working sensor is linearity to the thrust loaded when in-situ calibration, and have little relation with the in-flow total pressure, such design could overcome the disturbance of in-flow system to thrust measurement effectively, and it eliminates the obstacle on the research of the motor's performance.The disposing model of RBCC motor thrust is constructed, and a software is developed, the data is analyzed, which obtains the approving thrust performance, and to be the foundation of the data analysis in the future.The disposing method of thermal throat is studied. And thermal throat in combustor and it's location is computed, the thermal throat is appeared in the dock, the thrust is computed, the thrust increment is obvious.It analyzes the uncertainty of the motor's thrust, and points out the factors that affect the thrust greatly.The results show: the research to the motor's performance through this experimental system is feasible. the model is right, the thermal throat appears in the motor and the thrust and impulse increments are great.
