With the development of current world economy,the energy problem has became a prominent problem increasingly.The promotion of green clean electric vehicles(EVs)and the development of renewable energy technology are of great significance to the coordination among mitigating the energy crisis,promoting social economic development and protecting the environment.In recent years,our country has vigorously promulgated relevant policies for the planning,construction of the EV market.With the large scale of EVs being a increasing adding load to the power system rapidly,how do the large number of EVs accessed to distribution network be disposed has become an important research topic that can not be ignored for the moment.This paper is based on the idea of optimization to the output plan of distributed generation(DG),which takes advantage of the flexibility of DG,as well as collaborates scheduling of large scale of EVs disposing.Firstly this paper introduces the concept,classification,and the characteristics and influence when accessed to distribution network of EV and DG,and then researches and analyzes the influence of access location and access capacity on daily voltage and network loss when EV and DG individually are accessed to distribution system respectively under the circumstance of multi-node accessing.Then the paper uses the Monte Carlo method,probability and statistics theory,particle swarm optimization algorithm,establishes a optimization model for the generation plan of DG to the problem of EVs disposing,in which the objectives are the minimum fluctuation of voltage and the minimum fluctuation of network loss.The model's effectiveness is proved by the example of three random accessing scene considered high permeable EVs under optimization pattern of single target of voltage and optimization pattern considered economy,and finally the model gets the optimal output plan of daily distributed power,and the chart of change of security and economy to disposing under different voltage fluctuation weight and net loss weight fluctuations,in which the optimal debugging interval of voltage weight in specific scene is pointed.What's more,this paper proves that the optimization pattern considered economy is of more preferential reference value by comparing the effect of two optimization patterns.Furthermore,this paper compares and analyses the disposing effect in optimization pattern considered economy in different random accessing scenes,and gives positive advice on disposing in local period of time when the large disposing difference arise.The results show that the disposing model is feasible to some extent and can provide a theoretical reference for the safe and economical scheduling decision of DG.
