Research And Implementation, Based On The Dxf Drawing Trajectory Optimization And Simulation Systems

The large NC graphic plotter is the key equipment in manufacturing of airplane and the watercraft. Its high speed and high precision has a notable influence on product quality and the production efficiency. Therefore, it has great theoretical and practical significance to research and develop the hardware and software of large NC graphic plotter.Based on the analysis of the current application situation and the plotter's drafting condition, the structure, drafting path optimization and simulation based on the DXF file have been researched, and in the thesis, several aspects as follows have been studied:1, Based on the analyzing the principle of DXF file structure, the general method of identifying and parsing DXF file is provided;2, The causes which make the drafting inefficiency have been studied and resolved in details. Because of the graphic elements' non-sequence and lots of useless drafting path in drafting, the algorithm, which can dynamically changed the sequence of the graphic elements and its reference points along the drafting path, based on the DXF file, is put forward. And the useless path is reduced by using it.3, As the curve is not so continuously and slippery while drafting, The method which can convert DXF file to EIA file used by plotter only is discussed, and the drafting precision is ensured by using the method.4, The drafting-path's sequence can be dynamically simulation by using the OpenGL technology, Also the problem of drafting preview and man-machine mutual be successfully resolved.5, According to the achievements and the theory above, a system of drafting path optimization and simulation is developed, gaining economic benefit by using it successfully in a airplane manufacturing factory.
