The Measurement&Control platform of Advanced Aircraft Electrical System provides the system real-time inspection and control. The platform has great significance to the electrical system and the test model in ground has been finished. For optimizing the original platform, this article researched the key technologies.This article adopts the from-top-to-bottom principle. First, a design project with the primary conroller of TMS320F2812 was determined after sufficient study. Next, the RMS algorithm was choosed to collect AC signals and the sampling point per cycle was estimated by the request of measure accuracy. Then, according to characters of 115VAC/400Hz, data collection plan and experiments of soft and hardware were carried on and computation of voltage effective value was realized by using RMS algorithm in F2812. The results confirmed the accuracy of AC sampling plan. After then, FFT algorithm was designed to go on harmonics analysis to the sampling results and the working status were judged by computing related parameters. Finally, communication plan based on CAN was designed and protocol of application layer was refered to CANopen protocol. The plan has obtained good effect in the simulation experiment.The key technologies of measurement&control platform are as follows. It takes F2812 as primary controller to achieve AC sampling and harmonics analysis, and reachs Can communication. Rms algorithm and FFT algorithm have been achieved. By combining theory with practice, the technologies have been validated well in the lab environment ccsv2. The study improvs the system functions and enhanced reliability.
