In recent years, rail transit is becoming an increasingly important means of transportation in the city. While it brings convenience to people,it also brings many problems.A more common problem is the effect of vibration on adjacent buildings.Currently, there is a lack of urban land resources.More and more buildings have to be built adjacent to subway lines. Therefore, the research on this problem has great practical significance. The author studied the influence of factors on the vibration of adjacent buildings through on-site measurement and numerical simulation methods, such as tunnel depth, tunnel wall thickness, frame number of buildings, number of building layers, presence or absence of basement, building structure, buildings and Tunnel distance, basement position of tunnels and buildings, etc. Moreover, the author studied the vibration isolation effect of the underground retaining wall and the row pile. The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper tests the vibration of buildings adjacent to Line 2 of Zhengzhou Metro. It analyzes the characteristics of building vibration caused by subway operation and evaluates the vibration of the building. The measured data shows that the vibration of the adjacent building caused by the subway train is mainly vertical vibration, and the vibration of the building satisfies the requirements of environmental vibration for commercial use.(2)The authors determined the parameters of soil size, site parameters, boundary conditions, damping, calculation units, time steps and constitutive models, and then established a tunnel-soil-building model.(3)Simulated the exciting force of the subway, the load was applied to the track bed in ABAQUS.This achieves the effect of simulating the train running on the track.According to the conditions of the site, the finite element calculation model of the commercial building of Kaixuan Plaza was established. The reliability of the model is verified by comparing the calculated results with the measured results.(4)This paper simulates the effects of these factors on the vibration characteristics of buildings adjacent to the subway. The main conclusions are as follows:The strength of the impact of subway vibration on buildings depends essentially on whether vibration is good for transmission to buildings. The smaller the thickness of the segment, the smaller the center-to-center distance, and the more complete the contact between the foundation and the soil, the stronger the building is affected by vibration. The positional relationship between the tunnel base and the pile bottom of the building has little effect on the vibration of the building. The intensity of vertical vibration in a building is greater than the intensity of horizontal vibration. The vibration of buildings caused by subway operation is mainly vertical vibration. The maximum vibration in the building is the vertical vibration of the top layer. In the high-rise building, the vibration intensity increases continuously in the bottom 1/3portion,and decreases in the middle 1/3 portion, and then begins to increase continuously. The top layer has vibration amplification phenomenon.(5)This paper analyzes the vibration isolation effect of underground retaining walls and double-row piles. The results show that the double-row pile has a certain vibration isolation effect and can be used in the vibration reduction engineering of ordinary buildings along the subway. The deeper the pile, the better the vibration isolation effect.
