Cardiovascular disease is one of the diseases that currently pose the greatest threat to human health for its imperceptibilty and high risk.ECG signal is one of the important basis for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and the evaluation of function of the heart.During the collection process, especially when using wearable ECG devices,it will inevitably be mixed with various noise interference. These noises have a serious impact on the analysis of ECG signals. In order to extract clear and complete ECG signals, noise reduction of ECG signals is imperative, which has very important significance and value. The main research content of this paper is focused on the noise reduction algorithm of ECG signal, including different noise reduction algorithms for different types of noise contained in ECG signals, and their realization in a visual application program.Firstly, the source and characteristics of baseline drift interference are introduced. The design of digital filters such as IIR high-pass filter and wavelet transform are discussed. The reduction of baseline drift by phase-shifting IIR high-pass filter and wavelet transform multi-scale analysis are given and the results are compared.Secondly, the source and characteristics of power frequency interference are introduced. The principle of IIR notch technique and adaptive notch technique are introduced and implemented. The two methods are used to suppress power frequency interference, and the results are compared and analyzed. Then, the source and characteristics of motion disturbance are introduced The principle of wavelet transform to remove motion interference and adaptive cancellation algorithm to suppress motion interference are given. After that, the results of the two methods are compared and analyzed. Finally, based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,a dialog-based application project is implemented and the noise reduction algorithms are integrated into the application project, which can provide interactive interface and visual display for the signal.
