Research And Implementation Of The Pdm-based Network Manufacturing Mode

Network manufacturing is a kind of new production mode of enterprise anda development trend in future .The important component of Networkmanufacturing include the integrated manufacturing system and the constructof the network platform, the structure of network manufacturing with advancedmanufacturing concepts and technology such as CE, PDM has been studied in thisthesis .the main contents of the paper are as follows:First: Based on PDM, network manufacturing structure is constructed.Coherent design and concurrent engineering are combined in the networkmanufacturing.Second: The basic environment of network manufacturing was establishedin this thesis, and website was developed based on IIS .The platform of networkmanufacturing was constructed by ASP.net.Finally:The program of the integrated CAD/CAE system was solved in thisthesis .And the example proves that the network manufacturing platform isfeasible for enterprise application.
