Electric belt balance control technology is developed quickly and used more and more widely in the industry producing. From mechanic belt balance in 50s to the double bracket electric belt balance and the majority bracket electric belt balance, the measure control technology is developed very soon. But there are some difficulties in the technology existing now. There are two main questions in the difficulties. One is the measure precision always maintaining in 0.5 grade. It's very difficulty to develop the grade. The second question is hard to control the precision meanwhile keeping the materials' characters stably.After analyzed some kinds of precious belt balance this paper present the whole suspension electric belt balance control technology. The precious electric belt balance is limited by its mechanical structure. This also influences the precious of control and measure to develop. This paper presents a stack algorithm, which can use in many situations. This way combined with the mechanic structure of the whole suspension electric belt balance. It is used not only in pure measure and flow control, but also in the fixed quantity package. The whole suspension electric belt balance is used in the coasting line. This is an example, which realized the application of the whole suspension electric belt balance and based on the new stack algorithm using in the software and hardware. |
