Automating the entire process of air luggage transportation is a key issue for the automation of the civil aviation industry.With the emergence of new luggage transfer vehicles in airports,the automation of luggage packing has become an urgent problem.Therefore,it is necessary to study the online luggage planning algorithm suitable for the interior of passenger cargo hold in combination with realistic constraints and optimization goals.Specifically,the following schemes are proposed.First,a multi-rule-based online code fusion algorithm(IES)is proposed.The algorithm first considers the irregular space characteristics of the air cargo hold and the strong isomerism of the luggage,and builds an optimization model.Based on the offline packing extreme point algorithm(EP),an improved EP online coding algorithm(IE)is obtained.Considering baggage size constraints and mass constraints,a variety of corner optimization rules and optimization functions are set.Using the idea of dynamic programming,the corner coordinate sequence in the IE algorithm is iteratively updated,and this corner sequence is used as the initial solution sequence and combined with the simulated annealing algorithm to find the global best corner solution coordinates.Then,the IES fusion algorithm can ensure the stability of the cargo hold volume ratio and stacking type while completing the real-time layout planning of the strongly isomerism luggage.Secondly,in order to evaluate the stability of the strongly isomerism luggage type,a stacking stability evaluation formula is proposed.The static and dynamic analysis were used to quantify the five stability parameters,and the calculation formulas of vertical stability and horizontal stability were derived.A comparison experiment of three kinds of algorithms for the simulation of stack stability and the dynamic stability experiment of the carton was performed to verify the reliability of the formula.This evaluation method is the main basis for judging the stability of the stack type in this paper.Finally,the online luggage experimentation of aviation luggage was verified.The actual baggage characteristic data collected by the self-service baggage check system is used to compare the baggage order factor,cargo space factor and baggage size factor through two online coding algorithms of IE and IES.The experimental results show that both algorithms can realize the real-time layout in the cargo hold,and the IES fusion algorithm improves the cargo volume utilization rate and stacking stability.At the same time,the fusion algorithm realizes the reasonable loading of strong isomerism luggage under the practical constraints of loading order,space,quality,and stability,which can reduce a certain amount of waste of cargo space and ensure the stability of the stacking type,and it has certain practical significance for improving the engineering applicability of the three-dimensional boxing algorithm.
