On face of the trend, how to monitor set operating performance, improve unit economics, long the set it life is one of the important problems which are urgent to resolve. The thermal efficiency of the set is the basis and the direct reflection of the unitary economic benefit of the thermo-electric plant, It is one of the important links of economize on energy in the thermo-electric plant. At present, in many power plants, economics count is off-line which no only wastes manpower but makes the result lost its real-time. Using computer to monitor set it can make up for these shortcomings, and it has been proved that is efficient in improving the operating economic. Monitoring unit operation can make people to know the unit operation condition in order to regulate and improve operating economic.This thesis will use the traditional count method, which is revised on some of details. Using the temporary advanced computer technology make the following matters come true.First, to monitor and analysis all the time the thermodynamic parameters, operating mode, equipment's availability.Second, to use computer's sync technology to count the index of economic to monitor the set operating condition.
