VXIbus weaponry locomotory cell integrated test and control module is one of the important modules for assembling the automatic test system of the weaponry. It can directly control and drive the stepmotor and DC servomotor, and it can control the AC servomotor by controlling the AC transducer, and it also has the function of detecting the feedback position signal of photoelectric coder and induction phase shifter. The module can be used in testing and controlling diversiform weaponry locomotory cell, such as navigation, control and guide, servo control, angle control, so it has good universality.This thesis accomplishes the design of hardware, software and motor control arithmetic of this module.At the aspect of hardware design, it adopts pulse distributor and the technology of single polar voltage drive to accomplish the function of controlling and driving stepmotor; it adopts the technology of pulse width modulation and CMOS H-bridge drive to accomplish the function of controlling and driving DC servomotor; it adopts D/A convertor to accomplish the function of controlling AC transducer; it adopts the technology of digital phase detection to accomplish the function of detecting the feedback position signal of induction phase shifter; it adopts DSP's capture cell to accomplish the function of detecting the feedback position signal of photoelectric coder.At the aspect of software design, it uses Lab Windows/CVI to design the drivers and soft panels that both conform to VPP specification; it uses C language to develop DSP program with CC'2000 compiler. The software has the characteristics of better real-time quality, high reliability and maintenance facility.At the aspect of motor control arithmetic design, it adopts the technology of frequency rising and falling control to control stepmotor according to the stepmotor's characteristic of the moment and frequency; it adopts double loop PID control arithmetic to control AC and DC servomotor according to the characteristic of AC and DC servomotor. Adopting good control arithmetic acquires good effect for controlling motor.
