| The purpose of air conditioners is to bring a healthy, comfortable manpower environment for people' s all types of activities, such as life, work and entertainment. Although the development of the modern room air-conditioner technology passed only forty years, the aspects of high efficiency, low noise, miniaturization and high reliability have become more mature.About the topic of cosiness of human body, many researches have been done until now. People found that the most important factor that influences human body' s cosiness is heat circumstances of rooms, especially the temperature. With the development of society and the improvement of people' s living standard, people bring forward a higher request on some other guideline of the room heat circumstances, quality of the air, sound circumstances and light circumstances, but not only on temperature, which not only symbols the improvement of people' s consume standard, also brings forward a very urgent technical topic for the research institution and producing factories in air conditioner field. Therefore, the future research work will be transferred to create an air conditioner circumstances which not only meets people' s physical demand, but also meets people' s psychology demand.This article is divided into six chapters.
