The FSSS system ( Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System) is one of the most important system in the power plant. The FSSS system passes through the Furnace Safeguard and burner control system continuous inspecting plenty of parameter of the combustion system and operating mode online, which ensure the boiler run under the safety mode by interlocks and protect movement. This systematic operation condition affects the whole unit great. Whether it can be stable or not, plays an important role in the operation. This paper mainly discusses the design and installation of the FSSS system of the 125MW unit, and how the problems in the progress are sovled.Today with the increasing of the boiler controlment level, the FSSS system has been installed in most units to enhance the safety running, and become a basic requirement in the national power design. Originally the supervisory system of the chamber of a stove had been controlled individually by PLC , but now by DCS , which may strengthen the maintenance and operability further. It analyses the relevant theory of the chamber of a stove Bao burnning, combines the actual condition to conclude some related measurement to deal with it.It describes the shortcomings of the boiler MFSS of protection system of FSS — P 8 in Shiliquan power plant, points out the technical innovation in the burning protector. Control systematic LN for the new DCS of adopting 2000 synthesize elaborate has been introduced . LN2000 systematic hardware structure, process station performance, systematic communication and such aspect adopt technology function are deeply discussed.In providing the stove chamber with a system of safety supervision, this paper focuses on each composition of FSSS system .Six parts are under discussion in detail in accordance with the stipulations of the design : the logical design ofchamber blow ,the design of fuel system, the design of coal system ,the design and installation of on-the-spot equipment , the settled problems in installation and adjusting . With every system amply researched , the author expounds several important logical actions , design thoughts .Its main function is to control the fuel and coal combustion .This paper has expressed some new theory about logical design in this two system in Shiliquan power plant .To the drum protective logic of water level, a important input signal to MFT system had been put forward a special realization method. It also combines the specific condition in Shiliquan and the other power plant, grope a set of effective solution method. Through these action could integrate the theory and practice good , play the part of certain guidance role in the work in the future, have considerable reference value.Adding FSSS control system to the 140 unit could enhance the boiler safe operation in Shiliquan power plant . It is obvious that the new system is far better than the original one . The technological innovation in Shiliquan power plant is succeeded.
