The Design And Applicatiom Of Hengshui Power Plant 2×330 MW FSSS System

FSSS system is coal-fired power plants important control system, by burner management control systems and boiler safety monitoring system composition. FSSS system for protection unit safe play an important role, through to the FSSS transformation, makes the reliability enhancement, easy maintenance, reducing the risk of equipment. This paper introduces the process of development of distributed control system. Combining with Hebei Hengshui power plant issue FSSS system upgrading actual, from logic, network configuration, power set, grounding scheme and other aspects of the research, and gives the design scheme of the system. This paper systematically introduces GE energy optimization and control launched the distributed control system XDPS–400E. XDPS– 400E is safe, reliable and easy operation system and maintenance, redundancy and of modular design thought implementation in control system, different levels of hardware and software for the customer provide a diversified portfolio choice. This paper FSSS control system unit commissioning, maintenance problems were introduced, gives units start testing standards and system maintenance norms.At present, many power plants facing control system aging problem, there exist many hidden trouble, the serious influence of generators, through the safe and stable operation of the controlled system transformation, can effectively reduce the unit maintenance cost and enhance the reliability, maintain good profitability.
