With the rapid development of modern industry, energy has become a modern industrial production of primary energy and power. The rapid development of the national economy makes the demand for electricity and energy supply protruding, the contradiction between the strain energy supplies power production enterprises has become the bottleneck of the survival and development.Power grid, high-parameter, large units, a high degree of automation has become the basic characteristics of the power industry, 600MW power unit has gradually become the main force of the new unit. Large-capacity and high parameter units safe operation importance is also increasing, advanced protection systems and devices unit has been widely adopted.Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System is a modern large-scale thermal power necessary for a boiler control system, it can stop and starting in the boiler to work under various operation modes, continuous combustion system closely monitor the large number of parameters and state, the logic constant and operations, if necessary, action instructions issued by the various interlocks, combustion equipment in strict accordance with the relevant parts of the established reasonable procedures to complete the necessary operation or handling of the accident attempt to ensure the safety of the boiler combustion system.Based on Unit #5 Phase III of Xibaipo Power Plant commissioning and trial operation of the actual situation, introduces the domestic FSSS supercritical boiler system structure and the function of the main logic, analysis of its design features, and pointed out that in the debugging process problem, especially in the use of oil-free ignition system of plasma, through the protection and interlocking logic of some of the improvements, completion of Phase III Xibaipo furnace plant safety monitoring system debugging, the various functions to meet the design requirements, the indicators to achieve good, strong guarantee the safe operation of the unit on Supercritical FSSS design and debugging have some reference value.
