| The research background and development of the thin film on solar arrays areintroduced in this thesis. Also, the local and international present condition of theoptical thin film applied on the space solar arrays is given. Four kinds of thin film forsolar arrays are researched: single layer MgF2film, double layers thin film to enhancethe transition of the light, the optical reflector and the laser reflector.Applying the single layer MgF2film deposited in high temperature and highvacuum condition,the output power is increased more than2%; Applying doublelayers thin film,the Short-circuit electric current is improved36~48%(48%forsilicon solar cells,36%for gallium arsenic solar cells);The OSR manufactured by theGerman Leybold APS1104optical vacuum system is satisfied the tape removal testwhich had already been succeeded to apply in the TG-1Satellite, and reduced thetemperature of the Insulate diodes effectively. The absorption coefficient is0.076, thehemisphere radiation rate is0.81. The laser reflectors reflect the energy of lasers andavoided the heat hurt to the P/N junction solar cells, so avoided the hurt to the solararray. The application of the laser reflectors is provided a good anti-radiation methodfor the solar arrays.The succeed application of optical thin film on solar arrays, improved the outputpower of power supply system, and provided a new foreground application for solararrays on space. |
