| With the gradually expanding of the electricity network, the requirements of operation and management for the electric equipments are more and more strict. Nowadays, what the electric enterprises greatly focus on are the guarantee of the system' s safe and high quality operation, the enhancement of the reliability of the equipments and the reduction of the cost for the equipments' maintenance. Those above are also the powerful measures for the electric enterprises to improve their competitive ability in the opening power market.This paper mainly does research on the technology measure about how to improve the equipments' management level in the unmanned transformer substation and some outcome is made at last. Considering the characteristics of no person on duty, the remote supervision and control technology was studied and adopted to acquaint the operator with the equipment' s operation conditions. According to the drawbacks appearing, making equipment' s maintenance plan and changing operation method so as to ensure the system' s safety and operation qualityFrom the point of technological support required by unmanned transformer substation' s management and the equipment' s maintenance, and also based on the equipments' reliability analysis, a parlance of comprehensive condition information of equipments is proposed. Based on the characteristics of equipments' condition information, the information was divided into static data, long-term dynamic data and short time dynamic data. By the improved EER model, the logical structure design was carried on to the compressive condition information of equipments. In addition, the compressive management methods for compressive information of equipment condition were analyzed, what' s more,we put forward projection and filter technique, and so we can obtain the comprehensive appearance information though the real-time parameter. An analysis technology which adopted the reliability index of the equipment was also proposed. Based on these improvements, a system of inspection and management for the compressive information of equipment condition of transformer substation was constructed as an effective management measure for unmanned transformer substation. It can work as a doctor which can investigate the healthy condition of the equipments and can provide important information for productive and maintenance department to decide whether an equipment need test or maintenance so as to make the no person on duty and the equipments maintenance according to their condition can be really realized to a certain extent in a transformer substation. |
