| After specifying the characteristic of the traditional minitype automobile chassis layout design method, the implementation strategy of the minitype automobile chassis layout design is studied by intelligent method, and the actualizing method of a software system for minitype automobile chassis layout design based on CATIA is established in this dissertation.Based on Theory of Knowledge-Based Engineering, the design ideas for the DPCAD system is expatiated in a way combining with the traditional chassis design method and CAD technology. Effective approaches are put forward which to define hierarchical levels of design parameters, classify along with dynamic and intelligent solve various engineering design constraints, and parameters information database, dimension constraint functions database and knowledge constraint database are establishes. By collecting and analyzing the knowledge of minitype automobile chassis layout design, the repositories is established and provide the knowledge for the minitype automobile chassis intelligent layout design. Knowledge of the minitype automobile chassis layout design is inherited and reused. |
