With the rapid economy development,the automotive industry has leaded in an era of rapid development.As automobiles are the most popular transportation method,automobiles have become the main killer of our atmosphere.We urgently need to green automotive industry and response to our government's proposal-Take the road of continuous development.In recent years,under the encouragement of our country and government's policies,the transform and promotion of traditional fuel vehicles to electric vehicles has received more and more recognition.Since traditional fuel vehicles are still leading the main part of marketing,so far,most auto companies have only made a few changes on the foundation of traditional fuel vehicles to response to the policy of our government.The result is the bad feeling of driving.The development of electric vehicles to maximize the performance and profit of their vehicles is the premise of the development of intelligent electric vehicles.The development of new energy is extremely urgent,and automobile enterprises face many choices and challenges.In recent years,both the domestic market and the foreign market have seized the market share of electric vehicles,and the overall price performance of electric vehicles has become an important factor in whether a car can be accepted by the market.Developing the performance of electric vehicles has become the core idea that promotes people to renew and change cars.The quality of the chassis is an very key factor that affects the performance of the car.It includes parts such as steering systems,braking systems,transmission systems,and load-bearing body parts,which determine the advantage of most performance matrix of the car.Therefore,the development of intelligent chassis is studied and promoted.It also leads in the development and improvement of the automotive industry and the formation of intelligence.According to the value engineering evaluation method and the development of automobile chassis technology at home and abroad,this paper studies the intelligent chassis of Z company and the design scheme of traditional fuel and power modification chassis.According to the structural characteristics of electric vehicles and the analysis and decomposition of the important performance of the vehicle such as operational stability,steering performance and braking function,the main factors affecting the performance of the vehicle and the price of parts were compared and analyzed.The economy of the two schemes of fuel reforming and electric chassis and intelligent chassis are compared and analyzed.Finally,the author makes a comprehensive evaluation of the two kinds of chassis design schemes,and draws a conclusion that which scheme is the key point of the future development.In the process of using value engineering to analyze the intelligent chassis,the key of intelligent chassis development and the key of future development are obtained by comparing and analyzing the material,manufacturing process,design parameter,technical data,etc.of the important parts of the chassis and the performance of the vehicle.The cooperative research on the performance and pricing of electric vehicle plays an very key role in the study of auto parts choosing and performance optimization.With small knowledge and small ideas,it will provide a feasible route and strategic goals for the development of smart electric vehicles for automotive companies.
