About the test methods of the function time of the pyrotechics in the common use at present, this paper processed thorough research, analyzing the virtues and defaults each of the test methods, going along contrast test and the analysis by the experiments. Furthermore, this paper also managed the test data using t inspection method. It can be deduced from the test data that the photoelectricity method and probing method can be used to test the function time of the pyrotechics whose precision required higher. The probing method required that the output of the pyrotechnics have enough ions, otherwise it could not get precise data .The photoeletricity method should pay attention to the interfere of other optical signals. If the precision of the function time of the pyrotechnics doesn' t require very high, both the electroacustial method and the wire on and off method are not bad test methods, the electroacustial method has applied widely scope in contrast to the other methods, the wire on and off method confined to its applicability, usually it requires the output power of the pyrotechnics be great and is used to test the function time of the detonator.On the other hand, this paper also studied the detonating energy of the SCB pyrotechnics, devising the geometry shape and the dimension size of four classical structure SCB Cmos chips, improving on the test circuit of the detonating energy of the SCB pyrotechnics. Lastly, this paper tested the detonating energy of four classical structure SCB Cmos chips, and found out the least detonating energy SCB Cmos chip.
