| The detonating tube could not explode which was caused by losing explosive powder and in the high temperature. In order to evaluate the rate of the detonating tube losing the explosive powder, the wear performance of detonating tube and solve the problem of exploding unreliably, This article made a related work, it was as follows.A measuring method of the losing rate of explosive powder that adheres to the detonating tube was designed. It was established by using vibration testing machine that met the need of WJ231standard, when the sample was put on the vibration testing machine which met the need of the frequence of lHz, the hight of15cm, vibrating5min. the quantity of losing explosive powder on the percentage of the total quantity of explosive powder in the detonating tube was evaluated on explosive powder adhering to the detonating tube.The losing rate of explosive powder of the typical detonating tube was tested. The Result showed that N210was16.2%-19.7%, crosslinking detonating tube was14.2%-17.0%, high adhesion detonating tube was3.9%-13.6%.The method of tesing the detonating tube against wear performance that was builded in normal temperature could be used for evaluating the detonating tube. The tesing conditions were as follows, the tesing tube charged by the cotton was0.5m long, with RDX as a benchmark charge,1/10000g analytical balance as primary standard of measurement, more than1m length of detonating tube as the plastic tube initiation, the minimum initiating and breakdown quantity of tube could be detected by using the method of probability and statistics. The results showed that A was from44mg/m to48mg/m, B was from41.7mg/m to51.1mg/m, C was from42.3mg/m to52mg/m, and the high strength of detonating tube was from51.3.mg/m to58.3mg/m.The method of tesing the detonating tube against wear performance was builded in high temperature, for exemple35℃~50℃. The tesing conditions were as follows, using the oven to provide the thermal environment,15m long detonating tube was on the board which was put in the oven and heated for30min in the setting temperature, then the detonating tube was fired by lm longer the detonating tube. Whether the detonating tube could breakdown or not and the number of broken hole could be test the the detonating tube against wear performance in high temperature, for exemple35℃~50℃.A method was put forward to prepare the explosive powder for high adhesive plastic which was useding by making detonating tube. High adhesive plastic for detonating tube was prepared by double screw extrusion equipment. The explosive powder for high adhesive detonating tube could be produced directly which didn’t need to change the manufacturing technology and equipment, the performance of products could reach the standard of GB/T2019. At the same time, the losing rate of explosive powder was sharply ruduced from18%to4%, which was compared with the existing detonating tube. The experiment of detonator misfire showed that when the explosive powder for high adhesive detonating tube was used in the long foot line, the deep hole charge, the rate of detonator misfire was reduced from10%to0, which was compared with the existing detonating tube. |
